Timely and Necessary

1. Sometimes author's are not the best person to read their own works but in this case Megan absolutely nailed the narration.
2. Despite the efforts to discredit her from Ortland and his followers, Megan's work has held up. She has uncovered massive efforts to change the direction of the church so that it is no longer an impediment to revolutionary causes at the very least. May the sway of French, Ortland, Greear, Warren, the Moores and the whole host of hirelings continue to diminish in ever increasing quantities.

A true story?

I should have put together that the author and the main character had the same name earlier than I did, but I was nonetheless astounded to learn this is not fiction - this is a true story of what happened to the author and his family in 1906. Though the author had little former education and this work was the result of a writing class he took, it reads well, has a few instances of brilliant writing, and keeps the reader well engaged. The voicing by the actor in this particular rendition adds a marvelous depth to the story.
