Paint your toes. Pick up the wrong coffee and bagel order. Drive from Brooklyn to Jersey in traffic so slow you want to tear your hair out. It’s amazing all the useless things I can accomplish while on hold for three hours with customer service. Three hours when I should be getting the Date-in-a-Box website ready to launch at the big business expo in a few days. Except my shiny new website is glitching, and my inner rage-monster is ready to scorch some earth...when he finally picks up. Not the robot voice I expected but a real live human named Kal.

This was a fun engaging book to listen to. The narrators were amazing and I loved the sound effects . It’s refreshing to see characters who are imperfect but successful and very like-able. I’m glad I stumbled upon this author. I’ll be looking for more of her work. Loved it.

Fun with just enough angst to be interesting.

I just discovered this author this week and frankly selected this book because it was included with my new audible membership. The story was well developed as were the characters. I understood why the characters acted as they did without unnecessarily prolonged back stories. This book offers a heroine and hero I can root for that were likable but flawed enough to be interesting. I loved the happy ever after ending and will be seeking more books by this author.
