I have learned so much about life, emotions, humans, and how to be brace in uncomfortable situations. This class should be thought in schools. Brené Brown is perfect for teaching life lessons she has learned first hand. Everyone, every age and different personalities could benefit from this book. Thank you for meticulous research, theory, data, trial and error, and providing a book with substance. I would listen to it again.

It made me laugh...

I love Ellen and her perspective on life. Some of it was interesting. I did not appreciate the rants were it's just a waste of time to me. Some of it was funny. A good laugh is always worth it. But I feel like if you run out of material, keep it short.
