We are currently in the process of evaluating a number of CRM products, and while the examples provided in this book are a bit dated, this book's philosophy is very much current. This book has helped to supplement my understanding of CRM and to has been instrumental in helping to shape our organizational approach to this expensive and time consuming investment. Well worth the read.

This is a good combination and quite rare as well. its well written to deliver all the information needed to up with the good behavioral patterns as well as others. It is a good book if you want to learn a little bit about CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I find it simple and easy to understand. Recommended.

I found everything that I wanted to know about Bitcoin in this book, and definitely strongly recommend it for listening, as it will leave no questions unanswered! When I started to read it, I even did not think that there would be so much information presented in such a comprehensive way in one book. Way to go!!!
