First time reading a book from this author, and I enjoyed it tremendously. I like this narrator and search out books she performs, Julia Whelan is fantastic, as always.

Slow Start

The beginning was difficult and at times a bit confusing. As a favorite author, I stayed with the story and was glad I did. The characters were developed at the start and because of the depth, the engagement in the latter parts of the book was far deeper. I enjoyed the story.
