Conscious and Wholehearted Parenting

Authentically narrated book gifting the listener with ideas to be a more conscious and confident parent. I loved the examples Brene shared from her own parenting journey which brought the data to life and made it more understandable. With 3 kids, the piece on setting and holding boundaries was extremely useful!
