This story includes the raw and real scenes of love developing amid healing from wounds from failed romance and divorce. Particularly relatable is the author's approach to writing about a gentle passion. Recommend 10/10. I will read more from this author based on this first introduction to her work.

Compassionate & real re:NPD in Christian community

The balanced approach of this material is a welcomed view for those amongst us who believe healing and change are possible for the people we serve and serve alongside. Particularly helpful is the author's Christian perspective on how the NPD shows up in our faith community. Empathy and compassion include truth; this is paramount for a Romans 12 (particularly verses 2-3) experience in the Christ follower. Excellent read, I certainly will read this book again.

There are bells in the recording. You read that right, Bells! If you use brown noise to sleep, this recording will wake you up with BELLS after about 4 hours. I'd love to return this purchase for a full return and will likely research how to do so. I'm writing this review at 1:45AM. because I was awakened by BELLS after just 4 hours of sleep.
