Historia
Whatever your views on climate change, it's important to understand how the current scientific consensus on global warming evolved out of basic physical principles and a broad range of observations. This lucid series of 12 lectures is designed to do exactly that-reviewing the most up-to-date research and explaining the concepts, tools, data, and analysis that have led an overwhelming number of climate scientists to conclude that Earth is indeed warming and that we humans are in great part responsible.

Executive summary of climate change science
Revisado: 03-02-21
These lectures concisely lay out the scientific ideas and evidence that the climate is warming and humans are the cause. It's not "both sides," it's the science. Wolfson talks fast and packs a lot of information into each lecture, so I listened to the entire series a second time to pick up the nuances. The accompanying graphs are also helpful. A must listen!

Historia
An essential exploration of why and how women's sexuality works - based on groundbreaking research and brain science - that will radically transform your sex life into one filled with confidence and joy. Researchers have spent the last decade trying to develop a "pink pill" for women to function like Viagra does for men. So where is it? Well, for reasons this book makes crystal clear, that pill will never exist - but as a result of the research that's gone into it, scientists in the last few years have learned more about how women's sexuality works than we ever thought possible.

Reassurance not Research
Revisado: 04-16-16
There is very little science here. The book uses metaphors for poorly explained lab experiments and contains repetitive reassurances that you are beautiful and normal. The tone is patronizing, and the case studies are fictional. This is an attempt at therapy that only applies to women in happy, healthy, hetero, long term, monogamous relationships with a man who cares about you, finds you attractive, and loves you enough to put your pleasure first. How many people fit that demographic?
