Anna shares her difficulties and the sacrifices she had to make, as she worked her way up in the entertainment industry in Lebanon. Her strong will, confidence and sheer determination got her through any obstacle she faced in achieving her dreams. Her ambitions came at a cost though, some she regrets and others she’s not proud of, but she chose to share them regardless, which is incredibly brave.

There is a very strong message within this story 'Never forget where you come from'. Anna shares her home countries rich history and her patriotism is very clear. It adds an extra layer to her already intriguing storytelling.
It is hard not to fall in love with Anna. She is so vibrant and full of so much passion. Compassionate and inclusive, her growth throughout the book is evident. Her journey shapes her, her experiences change her values , enrichening her overall goals.
After Anna has worked so hard to achieve so much success, she willingly gives it all up for love.

This powerful story really captivated me, opening my eyes to a culture I knew very little about. She touched my heart and inspired me to always believe in myself and my dreams.

We all have a past, some may be darker than others but we need to learn from our experiences, change our paths, and look towards the future.

I listened to the audio version of Mask- narrated by Nicole Rene. The audio quality was clean and professional. The narrator did an excellent job of getting into characters and performing individual trates for each.

This is the first book in the Paranormal Immortal curse series by Lexi.

Anastasiya ”Stas” Davenport has supernatural powers that she has had to keep secret her whole life. She has always questioned those powers but had no one to seek answers from, that is until the day her friend is murdered and Issacs Wakefield appeared in her life offering her those exact answers. But those answers come at a price. She has to agree to pretend to be Issac's girlfriend first.

I have to admit I was a little confused at times what was going on and who was who but about an hour in it all started to flow and make better sense. There is a lot of mystery surrounding not only Stas but Issacs heritage. The more you find out the more you want to know. The longer you listen the harder it becomes to pull yourself away.

Sarah Puckett has a very methodical approach to all her audio books and this is one is no different. Her voice is so smooth and caressing you can't help but be captivated by her storytelling.

Joel Froomkin is a new narrator for me. It took some getting used to because I didn’t quite think he was the best fit for Issac. I love all the accents he did though and he made it easy to distinguish people apart. I just pictured more of a manly- deeper voice for his character.

Overall this was a great captivating and intriguing audio book. At 13hours and 41 mins  it's definitely not a short audio but it's definitely worth the time.

I give it 4 Blushing Stars.

Well I need a cold shower! What a hot Little audio book.!

Primal and dark, twisted and erotic and everything in between. Kassandra and Markos story is full of suspense and delicious drama. Meghan Kelly's narration was very emotion evoking, she truly captured the personalities and brought depth to the characters. This book suits its title Consumed as that is exactly what it did.

Fast paced and well written this story won't dissapoint the sci fi romance lovers.

Publisher's Note: Consumed includes spankings, rough, intense sexual scenes, and strong D/s themes. If such material offends you, please don't buy this book.

Sexy,Captivating, Dark & Delicious

Wow! What a hot audio. This is a quick naughty listen. Bo Alexander is a new narrator for me and I really enjoyed the variations in his voice. 

This is out of the genre I'd normally read but I found the The Vakarran Captive story concept intriguing and found myself wanting  the story to be longer. Overall I was pleasantly surprised. This is a dark alien captive romance laced with suspense and mystery. The violence is graphic, the sex is sizzling hot and the story dark & captivating.

Fast paced and well written this story won't disappoint the sci fi romance lovers.

As the most successful and discreet thief in North America Cozen is hired to steal back a family jewel that was taken from the Astor family.The man that holds this jewel is a wealthy and powerful man in the criminal world, her mission is dangerous and she must slowly and cleverly infiltrate herself into the marks life.

Sargon works security detail for Cozens mark He is hired to watch her every move but quickly becomes a distraction for Cozen and when things become unprofessional Cozen must take extra risks to make her heist successful but is she willing to risk her heart.?

Bethany-Kris sure knows how to build the suspense and anticipation in a story! I love her unique characters and tension filled storyline.

Cozen and Sargon's connection is epic, their chemistry off the charts and add a hint of danger to the mix and you have yourself one hot forbidden love affair.

I like that the heroine in this story is a strong, independent character and loved that Cozen was the anti-heroine as such.
Sargon is dark and suspenseful, I loved how protective he become with Cozen even though she could more than hold her own.

I did not see the twist coming in the end of the book and it is one hell of an ending!

Connor Goff is a new narrator for me, I found his female narration really good, he has a great tone and matched well with his characters.

This is book 1 in the series and is a long one, but don’t let that deter you because this book is simply addictive. Ok so it was a little slow to begin with but if you hang in there you become invested in Angus and Siobhan and captivated by their love story.
The chemistry is instant between the pair with makes for some hot and fiery moments. I am sucker for ‘forced together romances’ so this was a big hit for me. It’s like fairy-tale meets suspense
Love. Love. Love. Duet narrations, when done well and matched good with their characters it adds so much more depth to a story, breathing life into its characters adding real personality and charisma.

I give Royal Love 4 Blushing Stars

This is an emotional second chance romance. Full to the brim with drama, plot twists and surprises. I really enjoyed the flashback scenes throughout the story, it softened the characters and showed a more playful side to them. The flashbacks needed to be more notable in the audio version though, announcing past/present day would have helped distinguish the two as at times it was hard to follow.

Lex and Striker’s passionate and fierce love for one another captivates you, your drawn in their tragedy and heartbreak throughout every chapter and feel the intensity of their connection on every page. The storyline flows well and your kept in suspense throughout. The epilogue was wonderful and a great way to finish the story.

Sarah Puckett is a new narrator for me and I absolutely loved her, her male narration is one of the best that I have heard from female narrator. Sarah’s narration changed to match each character smoothly. A perfect match for Lex, Sarah was able to capture all her emotions and personality traits perfectly. Sarah’s narration added a depth to the story and characters, she captured her audience and told the story brilliantly.

A Blushing Book Review

Another flawless and brilliant narration by Joe and Eric. Both narrators perfectly capture their character’s essence and captivate you with their storytelling. I would love to see this trilogy turned into a movie it would be AMAZING!!
This is my favourite series to date of Meghan’s I just cannot get enough of Whitney and Lincoln’s story. Again the plot was thick with delicious drama and the push and pull between Lincoln and Whitney was kicked in to high drive. The chemistry was stronger than ever and the plot switches course a little with a dramatic ending that leaves you frantically checking the book for more pages.

The story is told from both Whitney and Lincolns point of view and frequently jumps back and forth from past to present throughout the story. I know that puts off a lot of readers when authors do this but It flowed extremely well and worked perfectly for this storyline.

There is not a big wait to get to the first steamy sex scene and in Meghan March usual style it is HOT! There is no slow burn which one would normally expect from Meghan, but it was a refreshing change and worked well within the storyline, creating the push and pull as an after effect.

Lincoln and Whitney were both likeable characters, Lincoln is very different to the customary spoilt rich kid turned playboy billionaire heir, he did not have the air of arrogance we would usually see in this type of character. Yes, he was still cocky but it was not overbearing or ignorant. He knew what he wanted and was prepared to take it but not without permission or purpose first.

Poor Whitney, she really bombed out in the luck department not only in life but in love. She was quietly strong in her struggles though and didn’t want nor expect anyone’s sympathy and I think that is why I loved her so much.

Lincoln and Whitney share a passionate connection with one another which is really well portrayed in the writing and it’s why I become so drawn in to their story, waiting in anticipation for them to find a way to be with one another despite their differences, but the book ends on a killer cliff-hanger, damn you Meghan!! Book #2 thankfully is due out in September so I won’t have to wait too long.
