Useful. More than just sleep hygiene

I like this book. It was useful and that they had a lot of information that I hadn’t read before. Most of the other Sleep books I have read talk about sleep hygiene. I’ve done all that but this has some other information that I think is going to be helpful.

It’s a good book with a lot of pragmatic ideas. It makes me wish someone like Mr. Greenblatt could be running things as opposed to the politicians we have. A lot of creative ideas with solid analysis behind them.

If you have seen or heard his stand-up you have heard nearly all these little bits. But there is no audience so it falls flat.
He is a talented guy but he shares very little of himself here.
It is literally five minutes of background on him starting up and then six hours of him reading little jokes.
Much more interesting to just listen to the his interview on the Tim Ferris podcast.

Not really. Just a bunch of stories about things that have happened in David Spade's life. Not a lot of depth. It seems like he did not want to write the book and he certainly did not want to narrate it.
Would you ever listen to anything by David Spade again?
Maybe. He is funny but I would hope he would put more effort or emotion into it.
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
Both the story and the narration were slow and fairly monotone.
