Mind-blowing!

This book was recommended to me when my wife visited the Monroe Institute bookstore in Virginia. I bought the hard copy and read it completely and later obtained the audio version to accompany me on my long drives. There was so much mind-blowing information that I had to read it twice.
Jozef's experiences in OBE and "astral travel" (my words, not his) are some of the most interesting claims I've ever heard of. After listening to people describe their psychedelic experiences, and listening to others describe alien abduction, others encountering ghosts, while others describing their near death experiences - I noticed the similarities in all of them. I learned that people could experience the same realms as psychedelic trips without the drugs using meditation and sound wave technology. Jozef described his experiences in very detailed accounts that really gave me a window in to what's going on in our world that I'm not aware of.
