This book was exactly what I needed. I’ve been listening to business management audiobooks to try to help me think about how to create efficiencies in my law firm and enhance the client experience. The audiobooks were great, but The Client-Centered Law Firm was exactly what I needed. It provided practical, forward thinking concepts that were excellent.
