Such a wonderful listen. Lisa’s life, pain and joy, were captured so well in this listen. All human beings go through things, but not all of us share it with the world, as this book does. As I listen I feel the pain and the joy, the love she had for her family, the struggles and spotlight. When people share their life, it’s a gift to those listening, because it helps us see how others made it to give us courage to make it ourselves.

Very honest

Lovely and interesting listen. I find Harry’s honesty very brave considering all he has gone up against. To put his life in front of millions of people in such an open and honest way was simply courageous as hell. The man has been through a lot and I can relate to his trauma. I would say his pain and experience should be validated, not bullied.

So beautiful to listen to

I listen to this book at night before I go to sleep. This book is read with a beautiful voice, calming voice and the content is calming. If you feel anxious or can’t sleep at night, this book will make you feel so good and peaceful that you can fall asleep with a smile on your face. The book is full of deep wisdom, hope, and faith…..It’s a book I listen to a lot as it calms my soul.

Lovely Imagination

The author has the most amazing, detailed imagination. Characters were developed very well as if you actually see them in your mind while listening. There is excitement around the corner and you wait to see what is going to happen next, keeps you on your toes and focused on the plot. It’s really pleasant listening, the reader has a nice voice. I have the box set and really you can’t wait to get to the next listen.

Scientific facts mixed with emotional intelligence

I’ve already listened to this book twice because there is so much good information that for me it’s like a reference book. There are three people in my home with ADHD, me, my son and my husband. There is no way, with that much ADHD in one room that you’re going to make it without help, and this book offered me that help. I definitely miscalculated the difficulty of ADHD and this book finally offers the “why” and “how” for me, instead of blaming we get understanding.
