Sparks has a great woman's voice and feelings

Predictably unpredictable plot and ending, which made it a great listen. Nicholas Sparks really hits on real life and though you think you know what's going to happen, he comes up with a twist that feels so natural. Then, a life's lesson is borne of what could obviously have been a true story. Liked it. Loved it. The use of actors actually makes it better. The young girl and mature woman, as the same actress, lends credence to her feelings and emotions and believability.

Yes, you are being controlled! Knowledge will help you stay in control, at least during your own lifetime. But teach your kids! Maybe we can teach this to those politicians who have an open mind and can connect the dots. The house of cards is in a bubble. Probably time to buy bitcoin.

I am a very positive person and feel that negative reviews are generally misleading. However, Danee and/or his narrator simply do not speak English in a way that makes this book understandable. Much of it was gibberish and only someone already versed in options would get a little out of it, but would find most of it to be redundant financial philosophy. Sorry. Money back please!

What did you love best about The 5 Second Rule?
Mel grabs you with her story of normal procrastination, and debilitation in spite of her education and abilities. Staying in bed is where we want to be, because it's how we FEEL. We can't control how we feel. We can only control what we do. I LOVE having a solution to all problems, that's simple and right at my fingertips at all times.
Who was your favorite character and why?
My favorite character was Mel herself! She was vulnerable, but no more!
What about Mel Robbins’s performance did you like?
I like her use of 2017 slang and cuss words that are not only appropriate, but appropriately used. She's just one of the dudes, like Grant Cardone is. She intends to push you, and you can't hold her back!
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It made me sit up straight and realize "This is it!" I shared it with my mastermind of the top 95 attorneys across the country, and got "Thank yous" in three days!
