Seriously, if you have a cat GET. THIS. BOOK! I would call this as close to a comprehensive to caring for a cat (or cats) as I have ever seen. The narration is good. Not great, but good! I may listen again or buy a physical copy to refer to.

A dry book

Although the book did hold a few tools that I found to be useful, it was also repetitive, dry, soulless, and emotionless. I have found much better material since starting this one.

This is a gentle and powerful guided meditation addressing your unlovable parts. I was transported into the depths of my inner self and discovered a few things I needed to put to rest.
I would suggest that slowing the dialogue, even just a minuscule amount, would make getting into the breathing easier and would allow for a more concrete grasp upon the subjects dealt with.
I look forward to Episode 2! Excellent work.
