Revolutionary book for ALL ages!

I’m a college senior who is a huge fan of Elizabeth and Robbie, but I also was a child with severe anxiety and depression. If I would have had this book as a child, I would have felt so much more normal and comfortable with my feelings and emotions. Listening to this book reminded me that I can still use these tactics as an adult, and help the kids that I nanny for feel better than I did as a child.
