As a professional author myself, I began listening to this book only after one of the narrators had auditioned to produce one of my books! I kept listening, drawn in more and more by the content rather than just the narration (though all narrators were perfect, in my opinion). Such gorgeous writing, such an incredibly heartbreaking story that made me feel all the emotions! Very few books pull me in and keep me engaged to the end. I couldn't wait to listen to the next chapter, anxiously wanting to know what would happen, and was relieved and over the moon by the end!

A.J. pulled me through a litany of emotions, including some "ugly girl" crying in public, all the way to the happy tears that finally came in the last few moments! Great job! Please read this book! It portrays real life and hardship alongside the surprising ability to find peace within chaos. Thank you for giving me such a lovely example of LGBTQ+ liberation and joy. It will be a lasting motivation to continue working on my own material and serves as a powerful voice to the struggle.

This is a very interesting audio book, outlining in detail, how to achieve great success with a cleaning company. In regards to marketing strategy and implementing the most effective advertising choices, it was an incredibly valuable resource. The author's step-by-step guidance made the daunting task of launching and aiding the growth of my cleaning business feel manageable and exciting! Her thorough explanations and real-world examples provided me with a clear roadmap for success. I appreciate the extensive list of resources provided, so the opportunity for continuing my businesses growth is still relative, even if this book was written 10 yrs ago. There's a wealth of information to absorb and there are multiple references to the hard copy and printed charts, graphs, and spreadsheets, so it would be extremely helpful to either have a physical copy to follow along with. At the least, it will greatly benefit anyone listening to have a pen/paper/notepad/tablet/etc. To further explore the litany of various resources and comprehensive steps given along the way. This audio book is perfect for anyone entering the cleaning industry or those looking to achieve a greater level of success and growth within their current business. I highly recommend it for its comprehensive and relative content. It's been a true game-changer for me!

My immediate response to anything or anyone that may have challenged my previously conceived understandings surrounding grief would have been to revolt in anger and disgust! This book completely transformed both my sadly narrow concept of what grief, pain, and suffering are, and my response to all things that and people that are involved in the utterly unbearable truth that comes with life-altering loss!

True, this outlook may not be received well by every person! The author and coincidentally the narrator (the same person if you missed that) does a magnificent job of trying to reach those that are grieving and experiencing a significant loss, while fully admitting that she simply cannot reach them completely or at all without their ability to listen or to absorb a different model than what they're used to our have likely been taught or heard at some point during their lives. Factors that are impossible to control, such as mindset, timing after a loss, and the relationship and impact that a reader is experiencing when they're reading this...will likely alter their ability to hear or apply the message at all!

As with all things in life, there's not a one size fits all to ANYTHING, no matter the subject or material or even the outcomes we face! In the end, we all die! Learning to live within a new reality after someone we cherish has been taken away, is a very uncomfortable and largely devastating truth that we cannot avoid! This book and the concepts and practices will almost indefinitely turn your ideas of what grief is and how to manage it completely on their heads!

Try to make room for a new way of thinking and ultimately being by listening to or reading this book! It's not for everyone but it's an enormous help to feel like someone else understands and there is a different way to live with and addresses grief! Thanks Megan, for sharing your experience and for allowing us to be enlightened through our pain and grief!

I'm pleased with this series in so many ways! I don't think there are infinite ways to retell a vampire love story set in a magical school without ever having some similarities between the materials of their predecessors. The world will forever be changed and yet, sadly, we have become jaded by paths that were laid by talented authors of the past! But please people, LET IT GO!! I'm not sure what everyone expects from an author that boldly decides to write about the same subjects as Meyers or Rowling? I really hope that anyone reading this review will decide to continue reading this series and do just that! If I had to criticize something, I guess I'm not totally in love with the male narrator at the end, since he's supposed to be portraying "the most bad ass vampire of all existence" and sounds like a whiny and pathetic little boy instead? But otherwise, this is a really great story! It's captivating and has a lot of interesting developments and realistic emotional intricacies that help to make it believable and fun to continue reading/listening!

Why everyone is so stuck on whether the author is using "curse words" or saying the "F word" too much is just plain petty and juvenile. GROW UP! This is the real world and people, even teenagers...say "bad words" constantly! This isn't a children's bedtime story, so get used to it!

Are you actually walking around, covering your ears whenever someone curses? Cuz that's hilarious and beyond unrealistic! In turn, please try to grasp the realism that cursing brings to the enrichment of a character to sound akin to an 18 yo!? Doesn't the vocabulary, infliction, pronunciation, and accent each person has add to their character? Why would that be any different for characters in a book? Seriously!? Not everyone speaks or acts alike.

Finally, I have a great deal of respect for the fact that homosexual love interests are represented among the main characters! Yes, they sometimes read as a stretch and it sometimes feels like the author may be trying too hard or even reaching at times...but SO WHAT!? That's real life!! Things aren't always cut and dry, boy and girl, easy and convenient!? Love, life, attraction, growth, emotional entanglement, and even loss are messy and non-linear. People need to stop pretending that these things have a specific trajectory and wake up to what's all around them! This story and the convoluted and totally REALISTIC way things pan out is beautiful and I really appreciate it for what it is!!

Please read this series and try to imagine that Twilight and HP never existed!! Try to imagine and realize what is true...that love is hard and fast and confusing! Understand that there are many ways to love, not just one! Let the story unfold and listen for similarities to yourself in any of these characters! They have all touched me in their own way and I am grateful for every book this author has created in this series!
