The audio moves quickly and has stories that serve as analogies to draw the listener in and make the points about the chapters in the Plant Based Weight Loss book. I have taken the concepts in the book and made them my own and have seen results including filling my plate with vegetables and feeling full and having a lower weight the next time on the scale. After listening to the book, there are goals that I want to take personally and urge anyone that is looking to lose weight to listen to this book. Listeners will be encouraged and learn to make acheiveable goals to lose weight and keep it off if they follow the ideas mentioned in the book.

As a non-smoker, I learned many helpful tips for exercise and nutrition that I hope to implement. A great book for a no-excuses way to lose weight after quitting smoking or non- smokers seeking to keep New Year's Resolutions or just lose weight and keep it off.
