I enjoyed revisiting Verity and her guard in the audio version of the story. It was just as engaging as when I read the ebook many months ago.

Chandler finally gets his story

It is hard for me to pick a favorite story from this series but i think Chandler's and Rory's story ekes out ahead just a smidgen. It has everything. It allows us to see the other couples again. It makes some of the pre-story from earlier make sense (though at the time of the listen, I didn't realize it was a set up for more things to come). A trip around the 'world." (You'll have to listen to find out why that's in quotes).

You will not be disappointed if you purchase this story.

Joshua is becoming my all time favorite narrator. I could listen to him read the dictionary and not get bored. Stella and Kay have definitely given him a challenge.... so many characters in one scene, which means changing voices a LOT!

Cliff hangers aren't usually my thing, but these authors break the story at just the right spot to make the book feel complete yet leave you wanting to find out what's next.

The complete series is complete in ebook/print format and I have already read it. However, once the 3rd book (Trance) is in audio, I will be purchasing it. The story is just that good.

There are so many things to love about this story. The author does a wonderful job building the world and developing the characters.

I especially liked the way the mystery developed and was resolved. The author also left enough room to develop more stories while still bringing the current story to a close.

The story of Verity and her journey to become the Faerie princess she was meant to be is great on its own. Joshua's narration is just the ice cream on the cake (and yes, I love my sweets). His many voices bring the story to life. You can feel Verity's uncertainty as she is thrust into a world she never knew existed, as well as the camaraderie of her guards/lovers. I cannot wait for the others in the series to be done.

I very much enjoyed both the story and narration. Josh does such a wonderful job with all the voices; it helps you immerse in the story even further.

New to Audible, and boy did I pick the right book.

Time to go find more books narrated by Joshua. I very much enjoyed the way he narrated this one. He definitely did more than justice to S.A. Price's Manifold men.

I think what I liked most about this story is the way Price has the band interact. The writing definitely illustrates the close bond the band has with each other as well as what extends to the significant others in their lives. For me, this book had just the right amount of sexy times. The scenes weren't over the top and there weren't too many of them bog down the story.

I can't wait to listen to more of the series.
