I have loved the Royals of Forsyth series since it first released and the Prince's installment is no exception. The more I read and listen to it the more I catch and things click. Sam and Angel's writing is top-notch and the plot is perfectly nuanced. I'm extremely excited for the next book and to see how everything unfolds. I was slightly disappointed that Bridget and Jake are narrating again, just because I thought the authors were going to going to continue with their change up but they have done a fantastic job here anyway.

Good story, good world building, good characters. Lots of doom and gloom but what else can you expect from the sisters. Hopefully the next book isn't as gut-wrenching but I highly doubt that. Bridget and Jake are fantastic as usual.

I absolutely love Lilith Vincent and her books. She really knows how to draw you in and keep you immersed in the story and Brutal Intentions is no exception. Laz and Mia and probably one of my favorite couples ever and actually hearing their story made it that much better. The narrators were fantastic and conveyed the story perfectly. I had many moments where I had to sit and fan myself. I'm excited for the next installment!

I stuck with the story because I really wanted to know what was going on. I still want to know what's going but not enough to continue after this. I feel like listening to this book and the first one was like a weird audio version of American Ninja Warrior, where you're skipping around and hitting all the marks only to slip and fall short of completing the course. There's a point when the secret just isn't worth it. Madison had some moments where I was like, yes finally and then she messes it up. I did finish it though so a generous 3 stars for that.

My feelings on this book are totally conflicted. I like how it began, I like how it ended but everything in between gave me whiplash. It's a good story, almost zero spice but not once did I feel like not finishing. That being said, and without giving too much away, the hot and cold of the characters really threw me off, I rolled my eyes and sighed constantly, I was talking out loud to the characters like, what the heck are you doing???

Again, good story, I was thoroughly engaged with heavy eye rolls. Definitely worth the read/listen.

Another fabulously heartwarming installment from our favorite Veranian crew! It was so nice to get Justin's POV and see him start his own adventures. I'm excited for more stories!

As usual, Michael Lesley was perfection!

I really enjoyed this story up until chapter 34. After that I totally lost the plot and became confused. I know these situations and explanations were written in for a reason but I can't figure what it was and I don't like that I missed something.

The ending was good, the narrators were great.

This installment of the Salem witches was significantly better than the first two. The FMC was much more likeable and believable, definitely a stronger character. There was a small continuity error where the author used the Salem Alpha and the Salem Sheriff interchangeably but the are not the same person.

The narrators as always did a great job.

I mostly enjoyed this story. The female lead was mostly unlikeable. I love a strong female but she wasn't it. She came around at the very end and I guess it was ok. I understand her past trauma but she was standing in her own way more than anything else. The guy very clearly explained himself, the situation and his reasons for his actions multiple times and still she insisted on stirring the pot.

The narrators were great and the backstory was good.

I love a strong female lead but this wasn't it. I found the guy more likeable. I am so over the "I was hurt before and I can't take that chance again" trope. Do women actually act like that? The whole "he's a man" excuse was significantly more annoying than him falling in love fast. And how did he fall in love? What did he fall in love with? She gave him nothing to go on. She fought him tooth and nail over EVERYTHING, including her safety, for no reason other than he's a man and he still fell.

The narrators we're great, I love both other their voices. The backstory was good too, it had great potential but the love part was meh.
