Historia
In Book Two of the Change and Cherish series, Emma Giesy is married and the mother of two. She's strong-willed and smart. Despite the odds, she and her husband branch off from a religious community of the 1850s to work and live independently in the remote coastal forest of the Washington Territory, surrounded by her husband's family rather than the influence of the autocratic German leader who has taken the main colony into Oregon.

Absolute Masterpiece
Revisado: 03-14-22
In the second book in this series, the story takes a huge turn. Unexpected as the turn was, it was absolutely as abrupt as death can be. Jane sets your mind and soul right there with Emma and Louisa and tugs on the strings we all have faced when losing someone with such descriptive and relatable chapters. The historical significance of this series cannot be stressed enough, as Jane has a way of making you feel like you took the journey West with the Bethelites. I can’t wait to pick up the third book.
