Not how I remembered it

I read this book as a teenager and thought it was one of the greatest books ever. I decided to read it again as an adult, and it’s kinda cringy lol but still entertaining at some points

I’m disappointed with myself for waiting so long to read/listen to this. I’ve seen the movies, and thoroughly enjoyed them. But out of all the science fiction fandom, it seems like Dune fans are the most picky. I never understood until now. I hope the following books in the series are just as good
