The chapters in this book contain various tools and techniques to help you put this idea into effect and to drive home my central premise, the idea that I hope every listener takes away from this book: "You get what you settle for if you don't know what you want."

Too often leaders don't merge the importance of having a performance Mindset (Culture) and performance Skillset (Process), wondering why they aren't achieving the outcomes they desire. John has married the two performance components seamlessly not only in his book but in practice @ Hiester Automotive. This is a must read for seasoned organizational vets or upstart managers.
