Some good tidbits of wisdom but disagree with being kind and loving to people who have abused you, especially your family. She is in denial that she was raised in a toxic/Narcissist home.
Wrong message for Survivors of Narcissistic ,sexual, and domestic Abuse as well as hate crimes.
