Historia
The Blue Sweater is the inspiring story of a woman who left a career in international banking to spend her life on a quest to understand global poverty. It all started back home in Virginia, with the blue sweater, a gift that quickly became her prized possession - until the day she outgrew it and gave it away to Goodwill. Eleven years later in Africa, she spotted a young boy wearing that very sweater, with her name still on the tag inside.

Historia
Return to Orchard Canyon is a story that vividly captures the real feelings too many people have today. A sense of working for a paycheck, giving up their lives to make a living, and throwing any dreams they may have had aside as impractical, impossible. A trade-off...for survival. Return to Orchard Canyon dispels the myth that living means sacrificing and replaces it with the reality that our nation was built on the backs of dreamers who took risks. Why not you? Why not today? Why not return to your own Orchard Canyon. Inspiring and actionable, this book will show you the way.

Historia
In my book, you will meet a little girl named Viola who ran from her past until she made a life-changing decision to stop running forever. This is my story, from a crumbling apartment in Central Falls, Rhode Island, to the stage in New York City, and beyond. This is the path I took to finding my purpose but also my voice in a world that didn’t always see me.

Engaging. Loved it.
Revisado: 06-03-22
Growing up in Central Falls I could relate to alot of what Viola has to endure. Not all, but a lot. My mother and her mother were friends from working at Impulse display. Delivering for Insta a few months back I was able to call my mom when I realized who i was delivering too and they got to chat for awhile. Something I think they both enjoyed.. Although, I never knew Viola, her mother was and is a wonderful woman. Her story will show other little girls in C.F. R.I. that there is a way out if you really, really want it. Thank You for writing it!

Just finished listening for the 2nd time. Although,, I do not agree with her beliefs on home ownership I did listen to her thoughts. I think on that subject she spent most of her time on why you should not buy and only one sentence on why you should buy.. I.e. when owning costs less than renting. Anyway, I will probably listen to this again before I am able to retire. I have been reading financial books for the past 4 years. This is the first one in a very long time that offered new ideas!!! Most others are copies of the previous book. I will be reading this again and again!
