Funny and Inspirational!

I love Simon Rich short stories! First of all they are are very entertaining, but the main reason for me liking them so much is how inspired I get. After reading both this book and his last book "New Teeth", i want to find every small quirky story idea i archived in my notebooks and give them another try :D John Mulaney´s performance is superb. And a highlight for me was the "Participation Trophy" story. Just loved the book!

In Drug Use for Grown-Ups, he draws on decades of research and his own personal experience to argue definitively that the criminalization and demonization of drug use - not drugs themselves - have been a tremendous scourge on America, not least in reinforcing this country's enduring structural racism. Dr. Hart did not always have this view. He came of age in one of Miami's most troubled neighborhoods at a time when many ills were being laid at the door of crack cocaine. His initial work as a researcher was aimed at proving that drug use caused bad outcomes.

Interesting and brave

I enjoyed this book a lot. It brought me fresh perspectives and inspiration. Never before have I heard such good formulations on views that I share regarding the absurdity of responsible adults not being allowed to to what they want with their own mind and body.

As a fresh TV-producer myself I hoped for more TV-pitch examples, but that being said this book was great! The 3-minute Rule is universally transferable to anything you are going to pitch. I clearly see all the things we have done wrong in the past, and I think this will revolutionise the way we pitch from now on. Great book!

I lover every second of This book!

Once upon a time in Hollywood is probably my favourite Tarantino film and this book works so brilliantly synergetic with the film, it's unbelievable! Like his movies this book is a playful work of art. Quintin Tarantino is a genius in my opinion. The performance from Jennifer Jason Leigh was superb! I just really hope the Tarantino is going to make Lancer into a real series.

The best short stories book I've ever read!

This is hands down the best book of short stories I've ever read.
It's "laughing out loud" funny and the voice actor is so good that I'm researching if he is reading other books, the moment that I'm finished writing this review, but the BEST thing about this book is the author's unbelievable imagination! Inspirational👍

The universe showed me exactly what I needed at the right time. As an entrepreneur and family man i have never found the right balance. This book learned me so many tricks to be more balanced, live the life I want and get most out of life. Vishen is the shit! Oboe I'm going to listen to it again!
