Historia
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Decent story with surprisingly bad performance.
Revisado: 07-08-22
The story doesn't live up to the first installment, but it is still enjoyable if you can ignore the narration.

Historia
When young orphan, Oliver Twist, is sold into an apprenticeship with an undertaker, he leaves behind years of miserable servitude and mistreatment at an English workhouse. Hoping to move on to better things, he decides to escape his new, equally dreary surroundings and head to London. It is there that the novel unravels as Oliver meets a host of larger-than-life characters, including The Artful Dodger, a high-ranking member of a juvenile pickpocketing gang, and their elderly leader, Fagin.

A classic tale and masterful performance!

Jonathan Pryce's performance is equal to the task of Dickens' colorful characters. I enjoyed every minute.

Thrust into the unfamiliar world of political and military intrigue, Sharpe must tangle with La Marquesa, a beguiling, extraordinarily beautiful woman whose embrace is as calculating as it is passionate. Favorite of the Sharpe series so far.
Revisado: 03-07-19
This book and performance are special. Everything you expect from previous books is present but with more vulnerability from Sharpe and an unexpected, but surprisingly welcome maturation of his character and relationships. The performance is typically excellent, but is worth mentioning due to the impressive variety of distinct characters.

Historia
In the year 2045, reality is an ugly place. The only time Wade Watts really feels alive is when he’s jacked into the OASIS, a vast virtual world where most of humanity spends their days. When the eccentric creator of the OASIS dies, he leaves behind a series of fiendish puzzles, based on his obsession with the pop culture of decades past. Whoever is first to solve them will inherit his vast fortune—and control of the OASIS itself.

Junk food science fiction tediously performed
Revisado: 04-20-18
An entertaining adventure, but the plot and character interactions are often difficult pills to swallow. It doesn't help that Wil Wheaton's narration is passable at best and otherwise annoying. Emphasis at odd places and painfully slow delivery made me imagine that the majority of Mr. Cline's novel was full, of, commas.
