Historia
Life as an ENFP is no walk in the park. Despite the happy-go-lucky attitude they exude, only those who share the specific preference for extroversion, intuition, feeling, and perceiving on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator can truly understand the unique form of chaos that governs this type's restless mind. Embodying a profoundly strange stack of cognitive functions, ENFPs approach the world with both the enthusiasm of a child and the wisdom of an old soul.

Unbearable narration
Revisado: 06-06-21
I really wanted to enjoy my listening experience but the narrator made it absolutely impossible. Her fake, superficial, mocking voice reminded me of a crappy commercial from 1983. It made the content of the book seem a stupid, even though it wasn't. Please do not ever use this woman again, for any book.

Historia
Cassie McDowell’s life in 1980s Minnesota seems perfectly wholesome. She lives on a farm, loves school, and has a crush on the nicest boy in class. Yes, there are her parents’ strange parties and their parade of deviant guests, but she’s grown accustomed to them. All that changes when someone comes hunting in Lilydale. One by one, local boys go missing. One by one, they return changed - violent, moody, and withdrawn. What happened to them becomes the stuff of shocking rumors. The accusations of who’s responsible grow just as wild, and dangerous town secrets start to surface.

Horrible, juvenile, stupid
Revisado: 01-24-20
Waste of earspace... How was this even written. So mad I wasted my time -plus I feel embarrassed for even choosing it... was this supposed to be labeled as a book for adolescents?!?

Great book, Irritating narration.
Revisado: 04-11-19
Interesting and Rich story based on historical and cultural facts… The only problem was the female narration with the very deep and forced husky voice. The book was dramatic enough, she didn’t need to have such a laughably low husky voice. I almost stopped reading several times because of it. It’s not about you, narrator!

Historia
Depression is a common and debilitating problem among women, though it rarely occurs in a vacuum. As Susan Nolen-Hoeksema's original research shows, overthinking, a tendency to ruminate on problems rather than seek solutions, often co-exists with unhealthy eating habits and/or heavy drinking. This groundbreaking audiobook explains how these three core problems reinforce one another, wreaking havoc on women's emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, and careers.

Zero new information and the worst damn near rating voice I’ve ever heard
Revisado: 08-21-18
What’s truly ironic – is that the authors voice, although she is speaking in terms of advocating for women – sounds like June damn Cleaver. The worst pretentious breathy BS voice I’ve ever heard in my life and I never want to hear it ever again. Stupid book. Complete waste of time if you’re even remotely literate or educated.
