Delightful and thorough

This delightful retelling of the story of the Buddha and Buddhism covers a wide range of topics, from basics about the historical Buddha's life to the importance of various types of symbols that facilitate a deeper understanding of his teachings. I feel the book will be equally useful to those just beginning their exploration of Buddhism as well as to experienced practitioners eager to broaden their knowledge. The narrator's voice is soothing and makes for an enjoyable listening experience. I highly recommend this book.
