Great book that really applies to me being an analytical person who is in touch with my feelings. This book gives practical advice on applying the 5 second rule to deploy action with an effective strategy to bypass the thinking mind. The interesting thing is that it includes the thinking mind by doing a pattern interrupt (the literal countdown process from 5 to 0/GO) but that stops the thinking mind from "waiting" or "hesitating" on what the heart desires. Another big take away from this book is most people don't get shit done because they don't feel like it as in they don't work out or make more money or go talk to that girl at the bar because they don't feel like it but that my friend is bullshit. Most things in life that are worth anything are freaking tough and we don't feel like doing it but the ones who succeed do it anyway despite the fear or acting. Great book to learn how to force yourself into action. Highly recommended!
