Struggled to finish this one. My take away is that the author is rather pleased with their a priori conclusions. Several opinions are proffered as empirically data resultant despite a lack of corroborating evidence. The leaps notwithstanding are skillfully woven into the story however.

From looking at narcissists to looking at the dark personality types, there is plenty of information to be gained through watching how they interact with others. On the other hand, there is much to be gained from learning how to maintain one’s mind-set, as well.

Good information conveyed and performed poorly.

The narrator has a quality of speech that does not lend its self toward long listening.
The writing skims the waters of many ideas. There are present noticable biases in convention. It, however, is sufficient for the curious, or self-help, reader.
My greatest frustration with this work is the laughably excessive use of, "incredible", as an intensifier. It sounded juvenile in literary respects.
