Historia
Monsters and beasts roamed the earth and were slain by soldiers and adventurers who were, in turn, killed by stronger threats. Heroes and villains created new epics and were forgotten when their successors appeared. This was the way of the Infinite World. Summoned into this chaotic place, a young boy with no name and no past must learn to survive. Bound to a master who doesn't care whether he lives or dies, he must become stronger. The question is: how?

Great story. Amazing characters.
Revisado: 09-19-22
It's an amazing story but a bit slow. The characters are confused most of the time but that is the great part of the story. It is by accepting their ignorance that they become something.
I wish the would be more consequences for certain characters but I can forgive them

It become predictable
Revisado: 07-25-22
It was a great story but as it progressed it become predictable as well as felt very rushed. Some components were left out. The villain was a little 2 dimensional with no motivation apart from a prophecy. Other elements that were supposed to be shocking were lost in the narrative.
SPOILERS FROM HERE.
Things like the diary were not well explored. The romance between characters like Kristen and Bow appeared to be forced and mostly likely Bow will be killed off. Even Max and Britt have no chemistry and that's saying a lot for written characters.
Discovering that Majah is and elf was underwhelming and I think she would have been a better character of she was not a dragon rider but a different type of elf.
Speaking of elves the plot of their being different races of elves or different colors of elf was unexplored potential and would have been important.
Plus they make you hate the characters they are going to kill of like the elf King before killing them. So it becomes very obvious.

Great Great Great story.
Revisado: 05-27-22
The ending had me crying a little bit and a book has not done that to me in a while. You get to be a part of the characters and feel their emotions as well. Great story which has everything although I would have loved to know that a certain dreamer had found love but all in all a lovable story and a great listen

Historia
Centuries ago, the murder of a beloved king tore apart the Kingdom of Caledun. The land was plunged into chaos and thousands perished. A new order was established in an attempt to return Caledun to its former glory. It failed, but in its place rose the beginnings of the Code. During this same period, the mystical caretakers of the Great Wood retreated from the world of Kal Maran, their disappearance an ominous harbinger of the suffering that was to follow. The Great Wood now grows out of control. Cities, towns, and villages have fallen before the relentless march of the forest.

Excellent Story with Amazing Performance
Revisado: 02-24-22
I enjoyed the story greatly. The narrator is excellent and the story flows quite well. Without giving anything away it is a great coming of age story as well as some characters finding themselves. But it is not one of those where the main characters are just given everything from the beginning. It flows quite well but not too predictable. It can surprise you.

Good story Excellent Performance
Revisado: 01-22-22
The MC seems to be in over her heard all the time and is extremely lucky which does not make sense. She mostly gets help from other characters that are either too trusting or she is very gulable

Historia
A noble leader is dead. His five children, once heirs to a bustling port, are scattered around the Encircled Sea. Their kingdom, the ancient land of Zohar, has fallen to the cruel Aelarian Empire. As the dust settles, new fires kindle. In a shattering world, the pieces are up for grabs. Here fleets clash at sea, and desert warriors battle among dunes and ancient ruins; cloaked conspirators gather in shadowy alleyways, vowing to slay their emperor; and a girl seeks the magic of light beyond guardians of shadow.

It was a good read
Revisado: 11-21-21
The story is forming into something interesting now and has a little bit more structure to it rather than the chaos in the first one
