Title: For Whom the Belle Tolls; Hells Belles #1
Author: Jaysea Lynn
Narrators: Elena Wolfe & Sean Masters

🦈Dual narration
🦈Open door spice
🦈Afterlife/paranormalish
🦈Friends to lovers
🦈Found family
🦈Cinnamon roll MMC

My thoughts:
If The shows Good Place and Lucifer had a devilishly charming lovechild, this audiobook would be it and I loved every second of it!

This story isn’t just witty banter and otherworldly charm, it’s packed with powerful, heartfelt messages. Love is love, family is what you make it, and choosing your destiny is one of the bravest things you can do. It’s warm, affirming, and has a soul deep tenderness that caught me off guard in the best way.

Lily in the afterlife is a firecracker. She’s got snark and sass for days, but also a softness that sneaks up on you. The chemistry with the ooey gooey cinnamon roll demon is funny, flirty, and genuinely moving. Their dynamic had me grinning one minute and misty eyed the next.

The world building is so rich, imaginative, and layered without ever feeling overwhelming. It creates a vivid backdrop that lets the characters shine while still feeling immersive. There’s a touch of action to keep things exciting, but it never tips into high stress territory. It was that perfect sweet spot of tension and heart for me.

The performance from Elena and Sean is nothing short of phenomenal. Every emotion, every pause, every bit of dialogue is infused with such depth that you feel completely drawn in. Their delivery elevates an already beautiful story into something unforgettable. They were joy, heartbreak, giggles, and goosebumps all wrapped into one.

My thoughts:
It's been a hot minute since a book had me up into the wee hours completely sucked in, but when I tell you I loved this one, I mean it. I devoured it!

Gabriel is a bad “A” morally grey main MC—a walking mountain of tattooed muscle, gruff and growly and so gone for the girl, and was everything I needed in my life! I loved the morally grey bad boy vibes and the most fantastic “F-it” moment I’ve heard in a while. I loved the contrast between the characters and their smoldering red hot chemistry! (*kicks feet*)

Hats off to Sean and Meg for this audio performance, they were incredibly delicious! I absolutely adored Meg as Brinley. She was a perfect mix of sweet, sassy, and somehow fierce all at once, and was perfection in her delivery. Man can she bring the house down with her spicy scenes! Girl, take a bow. Take several. She brought the heat!

Sean with that growly, dry, hard edged, protective, but soft for his old lady performance? Couldn’t have cast it better. The way he brought out that protective streak while keeping the edge? Just flawless. Absolutely loved it!

My thoughts:
Oh. My. Heart. I loved Fionn and Rose’s love story so much! To the end of time, these two were meant to be! An unlikely pairing, perhaps, but isn’t that always how the best love stories begin? Every dark has some light, and these two balanced each other perfectly.

Fionn’s softness for Rose was the best. The way he looks at her, the way he sees her; it’s the kind of devotion that makes you clutch your chest. And Rose! I love the bad-A FMCs Brynne writes! She’s the perfect blend of stabby and whimsical, just the right amount of badass and vulnerable.

The audio is Perfection! Eric was an amazing Fionn. The way he captures his intensity, the softness and the steel, and oh my god, the maniacal flare he put on Lachlan is just spot on! Samantha’s delivery was everything: sass, strength, razor sharp wit. If my life had a narrator, I’d pick Sam; fantastic and flawless in every way!

Book Title: The Foul Out; Boston Revs #3
Author: Jenni Bara
Narrated by: Stephen Dexter & Erin Mallon

My Thoughts:
My goodness…the way I swooned for Kyle! He won me over with the sweetest step daddy, jerky alpha golden retriever vibes and I loved it! There's just something about his charm, warmth, and those genuine, caring moments that made him irresistible.

One of the things I love about Jenni's writing is how she manages to craft stories that are not only fun, hot, and utterly charming but also deeply relatable. Her characters feel real, with just the right mix of quirks and heart, and Kyle is no exception. The way she balances humor and steamy moments, all while grounding the story in genuine emotions, makes for an addictive read. One of my favorites!

🎧Audio
This duet narration was an absolute treat! Erin perfectly captured the essence of the strong, caring mother figure and I loved how much heart she put into every scene. Her emotional depth really shined through making her character feel so authentic and compelling.

Stephen was fantastic as the broody jock, delivering his lines with the perfect balance of roughness and vulnerability. His inflection added so much depth and I really enjoyed it.

Erin and Stephen had great chemistry and character voices and brought this one to life, I really enjoyed it!

Title: 3 Count
Author: Nikki Castle
Narration: Alex Kydd & Vanessa Moyen

🥊 Duet narration
🥊 Steamy
🥊 MMA
🥊 College romance
🥊 Sharing
🥊 Friends with benefits

My thoughts:
📚I loved this one so much, it was just incredible! From the very first page, I was completely hooked. The chemistry between Aiden and Danielle (Dani) was off the charts, and I am absolutely obsessed with all the flirty banter, the pining, and of course, the so stinking hot dirty talk. It was the perfect mix of tension, longing, and passion that kept me turning the pages nonstop.

What made this book stand out was how beautifully balanced the characters were. He’s pure and all heart, kind, devoted, but also strong, solid, and tough when it counts. He knows exactly what he wants, and his intensity made me swoon over and over again. On the other hand, she’s been hurt before and has a complicated relationship with love. She doesn’t want to sacrifice her independence, and watching her navigate her feelings was both heartbreaking and incredibly rewarding.

Their no strings arrangement quickly turns into something deeper, something deliciously unexpected, and I loved every single second of it. The way their emotions slowly crept in, the push and pull, the undeniable attraction… it was everything I wanted in a romance and more.

If you love books with electric chemistry, heartfelt emotion, and characters that feel real and raw, this one is an absolute must read. I’ll be thinking about it and probably rereading my favorite parts for a long time!

🎧These two absolutely nailed their performances, bringing the characters to life in the best way possible. I loved Vanessa’s youthful and vibrant tone. It was the perfect match for her character. She captured the guarded yet fun and tough persona effortlessly, delivering all the sass and attitude that made her so compelling.

Alex was equally fantastic, embodying the cocky pretty boy jock with ease. He brought just the right mix of roughness and vulnerability, making his character feel authentic and swoon-worthy. His deep growly tone is always a standout in sports romance and the inflection in his voice added so much depth and emotion to the performance.

Together they made this story feel dynamic and immersive. Their chemistry was spot on and their ability to convey both playful banter and heartfelt moments made for an unforgettable listen.

🤘🏼 Secrets

📚Story Review📚
Penelope has quickly become one of my favorite authors, and I absolutely loved this one! This story is so tender and sweet, filled with secrets, so much pining, and truly the slowest burn. It’s exactly the kind of romance that keeps me hooked!

The twist in this one completely took me by surprise; I didn’t see it coming at all! Emily and Tristan have such a unique backstory, one that turns out to be even more emotional and complex than they ever could have imagined. Their journey was so engaging, and I couldn’t get enough of their dynamic.

Andi and Connor did an amazing job bringing it all to life. Andi’s youthful tone makes me fall in love with every character she narrates, while Connor delivered so much tortured emotional depth that made Tristan’s character feel incredibly real. Their performances added an extra layer of magic to an already captivating story and I can’t say enough good things about it!

I just loved it and can’t wait for the next in the series!

My thoughts:
🎧 Teddy and CJ shined so brightly in this one, and I thought their performances were absolutely breathtaking. The way they brought these characters to life with so much depth, emotion, and chemistry made this story even more powerful. Their voices were perfect for the roles, and you could hear every ounce of heartbreak, longing, and passion in their delivery. The way they played off each other was pure magic, making every moment feel real and alive. The narration wasn't just good, it was exceptional.

📚Beyond the stellar voice work, the story itself had some fantastic twists and turns that kept me completely engaged. From the very first chapter, I was completely hooked, and I LOVED IT! The way the story started, was such a bold and exciting setup. It pulled me in immediately and set the stage for such an amazing journey.

I loved the secrets and how Hudson and Alessandra found their way back to each other. It was such a beautiful second chance romance, and the emotional payoff was so satisfying. Every moment between them crackled with energy, making their connection feel inevitable and like they were always meant to be.

Rebecca definitely knows how to write spicy contemporary romance that feels fresh, heartfelt, and deeply moving. I cannot say enough great things about this one!

Book Title: Keep Me
Author: Sara Cate
Narrated by: Will Watt and Kelli Hager

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Dual narration
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Steamy
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Arranged Marriage
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Hate to lovers
🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Grumpy millionaire Scotsman

My thoughts:
I absolutely loved everything about this book! It’s the perfect fusion of Outlander, meets Beauty and the Beast, meets Fifty Shades of Grey, and I savored every single minute of it.

Broody grumpy Kilian is tucked away in his massive Scottish mansion, throwing scandalous parties and bringing “shame” to his family name. After causing a little trouble while on a visit to Scotland, Sylvie signs a secret contract agreeing to marry him for a life changing payout. But, of course, nothing unfolds as she expects. What starts as a simple arrangement quickly turns into a tangled web of emotions, secrets, and undeniable attraction.

The push and pull between them is deliciously angsty. They’re both broken in their own ways, and watching them slowly unravel each other is chef’s kiss. The secret pining? Perfection. The witty banter? Absolutely top tier. Sara knows exactly how to deliver the kind of scorching chemistry that keeps you hooked and it was amazing.

But beyond the heat and tension, there’s so much depth and growth in their relationship, making every stolen glance and whispered confession hit even harder.

And the audio! Man, this audio!! Will could read me a soup can at this point and I’d love it, but both of them completely elevated the experience bringing out every emotion, every sultry moment, every bit of tension that makes this story unforgettable. They radiated chemistry and all the delicious pining and I ate it up. It was just fantastic, I wish I could listen again for the first time, it was truly wonderful. Well done!

My thoughts:
I’ve held onto this one for what feels like forever, waiting for the day I’d be brave enough to press play. I knew it would break me in the best and worst ways and I wasn’t wrong. This story is devastatingly beautiful; a raw, unrelenting rollercoaster of emotions that I haven’t been able to shake, even days later.

This isn’t just a story; it’s an experience. It digs deep into the complexities of love in all its forms, the relentless pull of dedication, the suffocating weight of grief, and the extraordinary, almost unimaginable lengths we go to as parents. There’s a truth here that you can’t fully grasp until you’ve lived it. The joy, the devotion, the heartbreak so profound it feels like it’s tearing you apart. This story knows that pain, and it lays it bare.

Then there’s Connor who doesn’t just perform this story, he becomes it. His delivery is heartbreakingly perfect. Raw, tender, and unflinchingly real. Every layer of emotion is stripped down to its essence, so much so that it feels like he’s handing you his soul on a platter. At this point I’ve listened to tons of his works, but this one? This one is unforgettable. It’s not just in my top three performances of all time, it’s etched into my heart.

If you’re ready to face a story that possibly might shatter you, stitch you back together, and leave you contemplating your priorities in life, I definitely recommend this and that you go in blind. Just be prepared to feel everything.

📚Story:
Holden and Piper truly broke my brain in the best way possible. (Is that a thing!?) I genuinely have no words to express how much I loved it. You know that cozy, warm and fuzzy, butterflies feeling you get watching your favorite romcom movie? That’s this book.

Sweet, hopelessly romantic, not so little anymore but still clumsily innocent Piper stole my heart as she grew up right before my ears, embodying all the dreamy hopeful magic I adore in romcoms. Watching her get her well deserved fairytale HEA was nothing short of transcendent.

There’s a deep sense of nostalgia woven into this story, bringing me back to the days of first love, falling hard, and embracing the wonder and optimism of a life full of possibilities. It evoked all the feelings of those tender, formative moments while staying lighthearted and fun. This story is a celebration of love, laughter, and every feel good emotion in between.

🎧Audio:
Erin, Jason, and Connor delivered absolutely stellar performances, capturing every ounce of whimsy, humor, emotion, and magic with perfection. Expertly cast, they brought the story to life in a way that felt vibrant, dynamic, and completely immersive.

Erin was simply the perfect choice to voice Piper. Her bright, optimistic personality shinned brightly in every word, giving Piper life and charm. It was impossible not to feel every bit of hopeful emotion she infused into the role.

Jason on the other hand, took on several characters, including my personal favorite, Sherlock. Let me just say: that was downright hot. He brought such depth and charisma to Holden, I loved it.

Connor voiced so many characters I lost count, but it was impressive to say the least. Among his many voices, his portrayal of a chain smoking, leather skinned, smeared hot pink lipstick Rita was a force of nature and an absolute standout. Honestly, this might be one of my favorite characters he’s ever voiced. Sorry, my friend, but this one is unforgettable!
