Book starts off slow but gets better

Nephew suggested that I read or listen to this. He’s a first time dad who has a child younger than 12mo and I on the other hand, mother of 2, eldest will be a teenager this year. It’s a quick read so finished it in a couple days. In the beginning it does go over important stuff like what to bring to the hospital, etc. but about 1/3 way through it definitely had more depth and it was interesting to see how much this book can do to help and support the mother during pregnancy and after the child arrives. Great listen for first time parents.
