Historia
Undaunted Valor is the firsthand account of helicopter pilot, Colonel Dan Cory as he flies combat missions in the jungles of Vietnam. From dodging enemy ground fire and RPGs, to constant mortar and rocket attacks on his base, Colonel Cory stared down the enemy to bring his fellow soldiers’ home.

Outstanding book about the war in Vietnam!
Revisado: 12-11-21
An outstanding book about the integration of helicopters into the battlefields of Vietnam. This book paints a very surreal picture of life as a combat helicopter pilot. The skills required to maneuver a helicopter in the jungles of Vietnam was a team effort. It was overall a very gritty story filled with laughter and sadness. A great tribute to all the helicopter crews who flew in combat. I couldn't put it down!

Historia
On May 1, 1915, with WWI entering its tenth month, a luxury ocean liner as richly appointed as an English country house sailed out of New York, bound for Liverpool, carrying a record number of children and infants. The passengers were surprisingly at ease, even though Germany had declared the seas around Britain to be a war zone. For months, German U-boats had brought terror to the North Atlantic.

A forgotten tragedy
Revisado: 09-09-21
A very detailed account of the events leading up to the sinking of the RMS Lusitania. I found the story interesting to read. The author does a great job with the research for the book. In fact he may have done too much research. There are so many details that made the story addictive, but sometimes unnecessary. However, the story painted a wonderful picture of life in the early 20th century. Overall, I thought is was a great read and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in history.
