Historia
Born to a Magical Fantasy Princess and a nine-to-five Supervillain in the most superhero riddled city in the world, Perry's never felt...adequate. He's got no talent for magic, and not a scrap of superpowers to his name. When The System boots and unlocks his powers, it forces him to follow in his father's footsteps, but he'd rather take after his mother... Maybe there's a way he can do both...

The Merry Band of Pirates stopped the enemy from stealing a Sentinel, and destroyed its Elder starship, so why weren’t the Pirates planning a victory party? The enemy was not what they thought it was. It was much, much worse.

Historia
The Aftermath of a stunning victory—especially an unexpected, complete, and final victory—should be high-fives all around, listening to politicians give boring congratulatory speeches, and a well-deserved rest for the Merry Band of Pirates. Yes, the galaxy is still a freakin' mess, but that is nothing new, and for a change, that can be someone else's problem. Until, you know, something really bad happens, and only the Pirates can deal with the problem... Or not.

Historia
After the arrival of the multiversal monopoly BuyMort, life got brutal. All systems were through BuyMort. All currency was through BuyMort. All sales were through BuyMort. You could resist, you could compete, but it didn’t really matter because in the end you used BuyMort—or you perished. BuyMort be praised. But not everyone’s happy with the new system. Some, even, want to see it destroyed. It’s quick. It’s convenient. And it will help people kill you and your family as readily as it will help them sell you knickknacks for a quick mortie.

Moderately Interesting
Revisado: 09-04-23
The first half of the book is sort of boring. It does get better, not a book i would go out of my way to recommend. All in all, it is an ok book.

Half decent
Revisado: 06-04-23
My issue is that several main characters are too whiny. The overall story why the aliens show up, why we fight them. Not bad. Those characters that are whiney just ruin the feel of the book.

Historia
When Van Tudor returns to his childhood home, he inherits more than the family farm. His grandfather used to tell him fantastic stories of spacemen and monsters, princesses and galactic knights. Little did Van realize, the old man's tales were more than fiction; they were real. Hidden beneath the old barn, Van’s legacy is waiting: a starship, not of this world. With his combat AI, an android bird named Perry, Van takes his first steps into the wider galaxy. He soon finds that space is far busier and more dangerous than he could have ever conceived.

Ok series.
Revisado: 10-12-22
In general not bad. My big negative was the Esper was way to much of a religious nut. She was more of a Zelot and egotistical snob. The fact that almosr everything works out for her, and she gets her way such much just made it worse.

Main character is more secondary
Revisado: 10-03-22
Disappointed, why the hell has the main character become so Insignificant. Ever since the first book his rule has been more of an insult to main characters everywhere. He is sayed to be a great engineer, then oh look several other engineers several even better then him. Then secondary characters just dismiss hum like he doesn't matter. Hell one other character developes a second awesome skill set, another pretty much has super powers. Yet here is the character the first book is freacking named after still getting screwed over in every situation.

Generally a good book
Revisado: 09-28-22
Overall i like the series, so far, but the drama of everything being the main characters fault. then people bulling him even if it mean clearly endangering their own ship, and crew is getting ridiculous. It is getting petty and aggravating. Seems more like the Author is saying find someone hood at something and bully them twll it pays off for you.
