Mary Trump’s in-depth knowledge and storytelling skills weave a coherent portrait of how Donald Trump came to be as he is now, and of why he continues to provoke the body public in so many ways. Mary Trump is an excellent narrator of her own work. Listening to her brings a feeling of calmness while also informing the listener with accurate, authentic knowledge of the development of the phenomena known as Donald Trump. I have read and listened to the book several times, and each time I have learned something new. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to feel more confident in their understanding of the mind and of the behavior of Donald Trump. I especially enjoy hearing the audio version of the book. Mary Trump’s voice lends an air of complete authenticity and in-depth knowledge of the subject of which she writes/speaks. I highly recommend both the book and the audiobook.

Sheer delight!

Naturally, the story itself was thoroughly charming, remarkably creative, and brilliantly written. However, equally remarkable was Jim Dale's rendition, through which he brought sparkling life and unique spirit to every single character. A job quite well done on the part of all.

Fabulous 5th Harry Potter story Installment! Jim Dale, the performance artist, is exactly that: an artist. His rendition brings life and passion to the story and to each of its characters. I plan to listen to it all over again. It is just SOOOOO GOOD,

Spectacular story; outstanding performance

Marcella Riordan's spot-on performance made this already nail-biting tale of suspense literally jump from its pages. Not only was I unable to put the book down when I was READING it, but Marcella's spot-on rendering of the spirit of suspense and intrigue coupled with her skill at capturing the spirit and complexity of each character made LISTENING to the story just as on-the-edge-of-your-chair exciting, if not even more so, even though I already knew the ending. I have every intention of re- listening many times to this extraordinary audio version of an extraordinary "on paper" story. Kudos to both Ms. Cleeland and Ms. Riordan .... and many, many thanks for hours of unparalleled pleasure.

Marcella Riordan's performance delights!

I always like to read the book before listening to it. This is the second book in the series. Because I listened to (and read) the first book in the series , as I was reading the second book I could HEAR the voices of each character that Marcella Reardon had brought to life through her reading of the first story. This second story of the series (as well as its predecessor) itself is gripping and suspenseful and keeps one interested until the very last moment. It is one of those stories where you don't want the book to end while at the same time you feel compelled to keep on reading. It is a page turner! A fascinating mystery combined with a gentle love story create an atmosphere of verisimilitude where endearing characters work to gradually spin an enchanting tale of breath-taking intrigue. Anne Cleeland and Marcella Riordon are the perfect pairing of author and reader.
