This book is easy to follow along with and the points he makes are backed by Scripture. It’s not every day you listen to a pastor who so easily explains the Doctrines of Grace in a way anyone can follow. This is a must listen if you’re a Calvinist or not. For those of us who are Calvinists it gives us ways to talk to our non Calvinistic friends and family. For those who aren’t Calvinist this book challenges you in a way that will make you appreciate God more.

I first stumbled upon Jack Reacher from the tv series and was instantly hooked. I knew I had to find the book and it did not disappoint. I felt like I was right in the action and couldn’t stop listening to this book. A couple of things caught me by surprise because they were changed in the tv series. I can’t wait to read more Jack Reacher.

This is the first book I read that talked about living a life on mission. Being a missionary doesn’t mean we have to go to far away lands, but it’s living the life God called us to where he has placed us. God may call us to be a missionary in Africa or Asia. If he doesn’t though we shouldn’t remain on the sidelines of sharing the Gospel with a lost world
