Living in Nocturne Falls means being yourself. Fangs, fur, and all. Eamon Underwood isn’t what you’d call a social butterfly. In fact, he avoids people altogether, outside of his job at his uncle’s funeral home, where Eamon is the mortician. For him, being around the dead is easier than being around the living. Mostly because of his very curious gift that enables him to see just how long a person has left to live. That knowledge makes personal interaction far too difficult.

This series is sweet and whimsical! Just what I need to get my mind off the "real" world. There is excellent character developement, you want every character to be your lunch bud! The scenes are illustrated so we'll you feel like you've been there! Maybe you have? wink
If you listen to these books be prepared to fall in love!

I love how she made this unrealistic love story realistic with "normal" awkwardness and off color desires of the characters. (by "off color" I mean not perfect in that way most of us may never be, have, experience or witness in this life time)

Not too much as far as sex scenes but the ones there were hot as Hades!!!

Andy Arnt and Sebastian York are the very best combo!! Bar none!! Sebastian York could make the encyclopedia sound plenty soaking sexy!
The story had a good flow. The build up was believable. The climax was enjoyable(which, sadly, isn't always the case).
The lines were not cringe cheesy even if there was a little cheese sprinkled in here and there.
Over all a really good listen!

Delores tends to be as plain spoken as Brian Weiss while as interested to learn and explore as a small child.
Thought provoking, her work is something to be pondered whether one believes one ounce of the material or not.

Bad language and a badass chick and her very deserving guys and Hades her dog! BL Brunnemer sucks you right in to this very vivid world of extraordinary people doing what we all wish we could! her characters are well developed and her imagery is very detailed! I love Lexie and I love her guys and I love her uncle and her cousin. . . okay maybe not ever character is lovable but you'll have to decide that for yourself. I'm off to get the next TVD book!
