Historia
Merging Taoist philosophy, Hindu principles, and Confucianism along with scientific findings, Jason Gregory outlines the practice of wu-wei as a vehicle to realize our innate freedom, revealing that when we release our ego and allow life to unfold as it will, we align ourselves more closely with our goals and cultivate skill and mastery along the way. Equating "being in the zone" with a stillness of the mind, Gregory shares meditation practices coupled with yoga exercises from Patanjali that allow you to approach life with a mastery of acceptance.

I enjoy listening to this book over again and again. With this topic or non-topic the author reading his words describing and pointing so even ones like this one can understand better how to live life effortlessly, ask yourself right now, do you know how to let go? Let go of what? What’s your answer? And the ego diligently try’s to unravel it at once. If you want to learn how to let go of that, thinking mind self and make a run for it. Listen and practice, practice, practice to see. These teachings are core concepts of wisdom for the ages.

Historia
Think of The War of Art as tough love...for yourself. Since 2002, The War of Art has inspired people around the world to defeat "resistance"; to recognize and knock down dream-blocking barriers and to silence the naysayers within us. Resistance kicks everyone's butt, and the desire to defeat it is equally as universal. The War of Art identifies the enemy that every one of us must face, outlines a battle plan to conquer this internal foe, then pinpoints just how to achieve the greatest success.

Yes, it goes to the front of the class.
Revisado: 01-23-22
This book is worthy, no nonsense direction and guidance, the opposite of of the dry science books on creating and preserving in order to create the life you love. It’s the book you want to come across, like the old wise guy sitting at the end of a bar, who knows what resistance really feels like and knows the secrets to overcome those obstacles common to us all. Compared to the field of books available on audible it’s a top 20. It’s a little choppy but the information and it’s delivery is sticky and keenly valuable.

Historia
I almost didn’t publish Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It. Here I was, a CEO who’d fallen apart after his company failed, writing a book about how loving himself saved him. I thought I’d be a laughingstock and my career would be finished. But I stepped through the fears and shared my truth with the world. The book went viral. Amazing people all over bought copies for friends and family. For some, this book saved their lives. For others, it was the first time they ever loved themselves.
