Great book, Dio, what else is there to say. The narrator did not work for me, his incessant over annunciation, and the way he slightly made his voice high when reading a quote from Wendy, were beyond annoying and did not fit the rock n roll nature of the story. He was sterile and bland and neither Dio nor his music and clearly not his life, were that. If they had the right person narrate it would have made all the difference.

Excellently read. Many useful strategies. I am a lifetime insomnia sufferer and several of the strategies are helpful. Excellent organization and presentation of the strategies. Highly recommend.
