Historia
Brilliant composer, smooth soul singer, killer drummer, and charismatic band leader Morris Day has been a force in American music for the past four decades. In On Time, the renowned funkster looks back on a life of turbulence and triumph, chronicling his creative process with an explosive prose that mirrors his intoxicating music. A major theme throughout the book is Morris' enduring friendship and musical partnership with Prince.

It was TIME for this!!
Revisado: 04-30-20
I am a Morris Day fan. I’m also a fan of Prince. Morris tells his story as he lived it, sometimes raw, humorous but honest. He gives tribute to his mentor/friend at the same time he honestly portrays their relationship as it was. I genuinely believe that Morris was in the dark about Prince’s behavior and that his own demons stopped him from the success he could have achieved on his own. This is a great read and I was sad when it was over.

Historia
Bringing the magic and suspense of the All Souls Trilogy to a deeply satisfying conclusion, this highly anticipated finale went straight to number one on the New York Times best seller list. In The Book of Life, Diana and Matthew time-travel back from Elizabethan London to make a dramatic return to the present - facing new crises and old enemies. At Matthew’s ancestral home, Sept-Tours, they reunite with the beloved cast of characters from A Discovery of Witches - with one significant exception.

Excellent!!
Revisado: 07-12-19
It always makes me smile when I have read a series of books and all my questions have been answered. I want to continue reading and learning more about characters with whom I have developed strong times. I would recommend this series to anyone who enjoys reading paranormal books with excellent content. I wish there were more chapters to their story!!

Historia
It's been years since the members of the Sisterhood first banded together, with the help of their mentor Charles Martin, to exact their own form of justice on those whose crimes had gone unpunished by the legal system. Now, back in the United States after an enforced exile, and ensconced in a new home on Big Pine Mountain in North Carolina, Myra, Kathryn, Annie, Alexis, Isabelle, Yoko, and Nikki are breathing easy at last - but not for long.

Senior power!
Revisado: 08-06-18
I love the way senior citizens are portrayed with such insight in this book. From their being able to plan and orchestrate the mission to their doubts that the younger women don’t think them capable of performing. They question whether or not their age will permit them to accomplish the deed. Myra, Annie and Charles rise to the occasion and outperform the stereotypes time and time again.

Historia
Harry Potter has never even heard of Hogwarts when the letters start dropping on the doormat at number four, Privet Drive. Addressed in green ink on yellowish parchment with a purple seal, they are swiftly confiscated by his grisly aunt and uncle. Then, on Harry's eleventh birthday, a great beetle-eyed giant of a man called Rubeus Hagrid bursts in with some astonishing news: Harry Potter is a wizard, and he has a place at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. An incredible adventure is about to begin!

So entertaining!
Revisado: 06-14-16
I've seen all the Harry Potter movies. When they were first written I stood in long lines with my daughter waiting to purchase the books at midnight! She was a fan and I just loved the fact that she read books. Now I'm a grandma and I'm just now reading, and/or listening to the books! I am enjoying every minute of it tremendously. I love the reader! His voice inflections and emotions make these characters come to life! This is so entertaining!
