This book is so informative about something we all take for granted. Although not the most thrilling of books, it doesn’t aim to be. It is stacked with facts and tips in regards to our night time rituals. A must listen by literally everyone.

Absolutely a must-listen book! It brought a lot of clarity in terms of goal setting, priorities and time management. Very easy to listen and immediately applicable strategies to use.
