This book blew me away! It makes so much sense regarding people and their attachment styles. Realizing what style I was has helped me work on the things I need to become secure again. I think if you are having troubles in dating or marriage you should read this book. I have recommended it to all my single and married friends. This book and the 5 Love Languages can transform the way you look at relationships for the better.
