Prince Harry does a beautiful job taking you through his life, his experiences, showing you the other side of the glass wall that is royal life. He shares a thoughtful glimpse into the person that he has become and grown into, despite all of the trials and tribulations laid before him in his ever public life. While it may have caused some bumps along the way, it is apparent that his decision to love and give himself fully to his wonderful Meg has been nothing short of the best possible decision. He is living the life his mother wished for. That's a beautiful thing. Very much enjoyed his side of things. Hearing it from his voice was a must.

This was exactly what I needed to hear at exactly the right time. It was so inspiring to hear stories from people who truly put their bodies to the limit and came out stronger and full of self love in the end. A great reminder to everyone that beauty is not what we see in magazines and Instagram but in every single person around us. Made me love and appreciate my body for getting me through the things it has, even when I didn't give it the love it deserves.
