Like listening to 7 hours of talk radio
Revisado: 08-31-17
Would you try another book from Mel Robbins and/or Mel Robbins?
no. She seems to rely on what "listeners" write or tweet about and talks about other like they are her friends (instance if she read a quote BY ArthurX she will talk about it like he TOLD her)
Would you ever listen to anything by Mel Robbins again?
No. She sounds like Dr Laura. Too abrasive and not enough content.
What three words best describe Mel Robbins’s performance?
annoying
condescending
un-relatable
Did The 5 Second Rule inspire you to do anything?
Not really. I already do tis sort of thing. I thought there would be more information and psychology. Not just antidotes about out it helped a FB follower 3 years ago, etc.
Any additional comments?
Count down 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and just DO IT before you hesitate .
There I saved you 7 hours.

Historia
Men give their undivided attention to those who respect them. If a man doesn't feel respected communicating with you, he'll find the respect he needs elsewhere. The woman who knows how to communicate with men can influence the man she wants without resorting to "that mini-skirt he loves." A man craves the attention of a gracious woman who knows exactly what to say to him, when to say it, and most importantly, how to say it to get what SHE wants. Men love being gracefully influenced by the woman they adore.

Historia
Sugar is an addictive substance, just like caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol. And whilst we all know that a diet high in sugar can cause obesity, heart disease, cancer and diabetes, it is now also linked to a wide range of other serious health conditions, such as poor brain development in children, cataracts - even Alzheimer's. Quite simply, our excess intake of sugar, from the spoonfuls we tip into our tea to the high levels of fructose hidden in packaged foods, is making us fat and sick, and is prematurely aging our skin.

It is also a David and Goliath saga - the story of a young lawyer fresh from the public defender's office whose first client in private practice turns out to be the worst serial killer in our nation's history. This is a gripping true crime narrative that reenacts the gruesome killings and the famous trial that shocked a nation.

Historia
In The Crowd, the Critic, and the Muse, Michael Gungor takes an uncompromising - and humorous - look at our creative selves and the world that we have fashioned around us. Through story and reflection, Gungor shows how our deepest beliefs and assumptions about the universe affect how we order creation. Surveying pop songs and church services, fine art and movies, Gungor shows what these works of creation reveal about us - for better and worse - and offers a powerful argument for why we can do better.
