Yes it has a lot of helpful,information. It helps also with what can cause depression. Trauma, PTSD, this book is pleasant to listen to and very informative.

Nice music, needs a track with no voice

No I'm afraid I'd get tired of listening to him talking the whole time

The music is very nice and it is very relaxing. His voice would be ok but he talks too much. It needs more time without the voice. When I first got it I would fall right asleep so you may like it. If it had a track with less talking it would be better. It is worth it to try one of these. The second track lets you go to sleep. The first track (chapter) wakes you up again at the end.
