Revisado: 07-22-23
Most would find it difficult to disagree with the contents of this book. It is very important to listen very closely to the message at times it may be beneficial to rewinder for you. Listen to make sure you comprehend the real message and data be discussed. I believe this should be required reading for Benny.

Always valuable
Revisado: 03-26-19
John Maxwell is always a valuable read. I found the first half and the ending more valuable than some of the things in between but all of it was solid advice on leadership and the art of asking the right questions and then shutting up to listen.

Historia
For most people, emotional intelligence (EQ) is more important than one’s intelligence (IQ) in attaining success in their lives and careers. As individuals, our success and the success of the profession today depend on our ability to read other people’s signals and react appropriately to them. Therefore, each one of us must develop the mature emotional intelligence skills required to better understand, empathize, and negotiate with other people - particularly as the economy has become more global.

Quantitative data is great but not always practical reality
Revisado: 01-20-17
I got a lot out of this book. Different perspectives, compelling ideas, an understanding of thing I did not previously understand fully. It can get very dense but if you stick with it I think you will find you will get a lot out of it as well.

Good ideas but harder than it seems to implement
Revisado: 08-07-13
What did you like best about The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich (Expanded and Updated)? What did you like least?
Really liked the plethora of ideas.
Would you recommend The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich (Expanded and Updated) to your friends? Why or why not?
It is not for your average guy on the street to use. I think it only works if you are very detail oriented and organized already. You also must be willing to do quite a bit of trial and error so I would not recommend it to anyone but a selective group.
What does Ray Porter bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He has really done it and it comes through in his preformance
Could you see The 4-Hour Workweek: Escape 9-5, Live Anywhere, and Join the New Rich (Expanded and Updated) being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
nope
