Historia
Earvin made the transition from great athlete to greater entrepreneur through hard work and by avidly pursuing opportunities. He recognized that densely populated urban communities were ripe for commercial and residential development. He partnered with major brands like Starbucks, 24 Hour Fitness, and T.G.I. Friday's to lead a major economic push in these communities. The success of his businesses proved that ethnically diverse urban residents would welcome and support major brands if given the opportunity.

Historia
This book is designed to help you rise to the challenge and become the game changer your organization needs. Candid insights from dozens of coaches, managers, CEOs, journalists, entrepreneurs, and other elite performers reveal the qualities that make some people stand out, and the underlying theme is mindset. While talent is a great head start, it is merely potential. Undeveloped and erratically-wielded talent holds little value for an organization.

Great Listen!!!
Revisado: 03-27-18
Would you listen to Unstoppable again? Why?
Yes, not only did Dave have great energy when reading this book but I think that you reread or re listen to this book as a refresher so that you are recognizing your teams talents. Also so that you are treating them with the level they are on but giving them practical tips on how to elevate themselves to another level.
What other book might you compare Unstoppable to and why?
Relentless
Have you listened to any of Dave Anderson’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No, first book ive read from Dave.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Extreme in the sense that this book helped me realize that I have work to do. It helped me recognize my teams individual talents and practical ways to help them elevate their game. Most importantly it helped me realize the importance of you morning rituals and of how your philosophy shapes every decision you make and if dont have your philosophy written down and reading it everyday ( because Every Day Means EVERY DAY) you arent setting yourself up for success.
Any additional comments?
If you in a leadership position this book is a must read!!!
