Great book but incomplete PDF

I loved this book and the content of this book. However the PDF is incomplete and its needed to try the things the author recommends. O contacted Audible and the answer was that the supplier said that’s what it is. So at the end I had to buy the real book.
The book itself has a great message: I am following on my glucose levels and also did a gut microbiome test.
